1. Acceptance of terms
By using Listly Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Service description
Listly Labs is an AI-powered product photography tool. You upload product photos, select backgrounds and formats, and we generate new images for your listings. Output quality depends on the input images and prompts provided. We do not guarantee that every output will meet your expectations.
4. Credits, payments and refunds
One credit is consumed per generated image. Pricing is shown on the billing page. Starter packs are one-time purchases. Pro and Studio plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions; contact support for refund requests.
5. Acceptable use
You may only upload images you have the right to use. You may not use the service to create misleading product listings, counterfeit goods, explicit content, hate speech, or illegal material. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the images you upload and the generated images you download. We grant you a license to use generated images for your own commercial listings. You may not resell access to the service, redistribute generated images as stock content, or use the service to compete with Listly Labs.
7. Limitation of liability
Listly Labs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraud, or conduct that harms the service or other users.
