We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email address), the product photos you upload for generation, and the generated images you choose to keep. We also collect basic usage data needed to run the service, such as credit balance, generation requests, and payment history.
2. How we use your data
Your uploaded photos are used solely to generate product images through our AI provider. We do not sell your images or personal data. We use your email for account authentication, service notifications, billing, and optional product updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
3. Storage and retention
Uploaded source images and generated outputs are stored in secure cloud storage for as long as you keep them in your account. You can delete projects and generations at any time. Deleted files are removed from active storage and purged from backups according to our retention schedule. Account metadata is kept for legal and billing obligations.
4. AI and third-party providers
We use trusted AI and cloud infrastructure providers to process images and handle payments. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purpose of delivering our service and are not permitted to train models on your content without your explicit consent.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the app is used. We do not use invasive cross-site tracking or advertising cookies.
